That is a real riot! Having spent some time in the medical business myself (six years on an ambulance crew) I can really appreciate the sentiment!
I am one who appreciates a clever t-shirt. There is a great company online called Threadless - some of their shirts are wildly amusing, and some of them are so out there that I wish the catalog included explanations!
